CHANDIGARH: Haryana Chief Minister Bhupinder Singh Hooda on Tuesday urged Ministers, Members of Legislative Assembly, office- bearers and workers of the Haryana unit of the Congress to apprise the people about the welfare programmes and schemes being implemented by his regime. Participating in the meetings of the Haryana Pradesh Congress Committee and the Congress Legislative Party, he said that these schemes would benefit even the poor among the poorest. They should seek cooperation of the people in further popularising these schemes and welfare programmes. He said that AICC General Secretary, Janardhan Dwivedi, would address a rally being organised on March 5 at Hisar to mark the completion of first year of his Government in office.
