VHP against move to take over temple

HYDERABAD: The Vishwa Hindu Parishad (VHP) has expressed serious concern over the moves to takeover the Chilkur Balaji temple by the Government. In a statement here general secretary of Andhra Pradesh Paschim unit of VHP Ch. Lakshminadha- charyulu reminded that Chief Minister Y.S. Rajasekhara Reddy had assured last year that the temple will not be handed over to the Endowments Department .
