Workshop on best practices in project management

HYDERABAD: Chhattisgarh Governor K. M. Seth will inaugurate a one-day workshop on `Best practices in project management' on February 25, here, organised by the Iha Consulting Services Private Limited, in collaboration with the Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University (JNTU).

Experts from the Microsoft and several other organisations will take part in the workshop to be held at Dr. M.C.R. HRD Institute, Jubilee Hills. It is open to professionals from IT, infrastructure sector, industries, universities and consulting firms. The contact numbers for registration are 9394555591 and 9949157527. A press release from the Iha Consulting Services said that the workshop holds significance in the context of increasing interest shown by a number of global business houses to set up their establishments in the country. "There is a compelling need to measure up to global standards, practices and technologies in project management," the release added.
