HUBLI: Twenty-two couples tied the knot here on Wednesday at a mass marriage ceremony organised by Sri Varasiddhi Vinayaka Mandal as part of its silver jubilee. The ceremony took place in the presence of Sri Visvesha Tirtha Swamiji of Pejawar Math. Revenue Minister Jagadish Shettar and Pralhad Joshi, MP, blessed the couples. As part of the celebrations, "Guru Vandane" was accorded to Sri Visvesha Tirtha Swamiji and Annadaneshwar Swamiji of Mundaragi.
