NIZAMABAD: The Bodhan police on Thursday arrested two persons, Sadulla Mallaiah and Dasyakurti Balraju of Karimanagar district, for deceiving educated youth in the name of securing government jobs for them. According to the Deputy SP U. Madhukar Rao, Mallaiah, an attender in Bheemadevarapally Sub-Registrar office had taken Rs.1.50 lakhs from one Mr. Jagityala Tirupati of Siricilla promising him of securing a junior assistant's post in Bodhan Munsif Court. With the help of Balraju, Mallaiah prepared fake appointment orders for Tirupati. Later, they made Tirupati believe that he got the junior assistant job. On February 18, Tirupati was taken into custody when he had approached the Bodhan court authorities with fake appointment orders. While in custody, he revealed the names of Mallaiah and Balraju. The police said that Mallaiah, the kingpin of the gang, had deceived another youth belonging to Lakshettipet in Adilabad district in a similar manner. The duo was sent to remand. The Deputy SP complimented Sub-Inspector D. Krishna, who investigated the case.
