HUDA gets 25 cr. through sale of plots

HYDERABAD: Hyderabad Urban Development Authority has garnered Rs. 25.61 crores on auction sale of 56 plots of category one of Tellapur Residential Complex here on Thursday. Minimum rate was Rs. 6,500 per sqyd and maximum was Rs. 13,000 per sqyd.

HUDA Secretary and Auction Officer P. Venkat Ram Reddy conducted the proceedings. Remaining 35 plots of category two of Tellapur Residential Complex and Nalagandla Residential Complex will be held on Friday from 11 a.m. onwards.
