KOLLAM: The District Congress Committee has taken the decision to organise protest marches against those LDF rule local bodies that were allegedly reluctant to implement the health security scheme announced by the United Democratic Front (UDF) Government. In a statement here DCC general secretary Thodiyur Ramachandran said that the LDF ruled local bodies were trying to torpedo the scheme, which will benefit the poor.
