Dr. Ambedkar Law College wins title at Goa law fest

LEGAL WINNERS: The team from Dr. Ambedkar Government Law College that won the Moot Court Competition at the Law Fest held in Goa.
CHENNAI:
Dr. Ambedkar Government Law College, Chennai, won the Moot Court Competition at the recent Law Fest conducted by V.M. Salgaocar College of Law, Goa.
The team comprised Gayatri Khandhadai and Varsha Ramdas as the speakers and Rohini Ravikumar as the researcher.
There were 22 teams on the whole. The team argued two cases in the moot, involving constitutional, administrative, labour and criminal laws.
At the finals they took on National Law University, Jodhpur. The team as well as the individual speakers maintained their top scores throughout the competitions, said C. Robin, Principal. This helped the students to clinch the title of overall championship for the college.
