WARANGAL: A mega music festival awaits music lovers. The Vidyaranya Government College of Music and Dance is organising a `Vaggeyakara Sangeetha Saptaham' from February 28 to March 6. College principal Gummadi Janardhan said eminent artistes from different corners of the State will take part. On February 28, there will be Nadaswaram by M. Venugopal and Carnatic vocal by Komanduri Seshadri; Jalatarangini by Surya Deepthi and Carnatic vocal by Dwaram Thyagarju on March 1. On March 2 there will be a veena recital by N. Krishnaveni and Carnatic vocal by Mandapaka Sarada and on March 3 another veena recital will be presented by Ananda Rajyalaxmi and Carnatic vocal by Modumudi Sudhakar. A veena and violin recital will be presented by S. Vani, M. Anantha Krishna and N. Satyanarayana Sharma and Carnatic vocal by Malladi brothers on March 4. Violin duet by O. Rajashekar and Vinay Rahul and Carnatic vocal by Panthula Rama will be presented on March 5. Flute solo by Jayaprada Rammurthy and Carnatic vocal by Akella Mallikarjuna Sharma will be on March 6.
