Right to education rally outside Parliament

CHENNAI: The demand for universal, equitable and quality education will be voiced outside Parliament by an estimated 20,000 people on Tuesday, said members of the Tamil Nadu Alliance for Right to Education and Equity here on Saturday.

Alternative bill

The alliance supports an alternative bill on education, which extends the age of children requiring education and care from zero and eighteen,gives responsibility of enrolment to the State and supports the common school system.
