Nellore: Chief Minister Y.S. Rajasekhara Reddy has paid rich tributes to late Magunta Subbarami Reddy, for his distinguished services to people as Congress M.P. from Ongole. Addressing a gathering at Jammalapalem village, near Kavali town of Nellore district, on Sunday, where he inaugurated the summer storage tank and filter beds, which will provide drinking water to Kavali municipality, the Chief Minister, complimented the organisers for naming the tank, built at a cost of Rs. 32 crores, after the late Subbarami Reddy. Turning nostalgic, Dr. Rajasekhara Reddy, condemned the naxalite attack on the late leader and pointed that though they had gunned him down, they could not erase his sincerity and strong commitment to his chosen ideals.
