CHENNAI: Dry weather prevailed over Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Kerala and Lakshadweep.

The minimum temperature rose appreciably at one or two places over coastal Karnataka, rose at a few places over rest coastal Karnataka and changed little elsewhere over the region.

They were markedly below normal at one or two places over interior Karnataka, Rayalaseema, north interior Tamil Nadu, appreciably below normal at one or two places over coastal Andhra Pradesh, south interior Karnataka, below normal at many places over coastal Andhra Pradesh, at a few places over north Tamil Nadu, at one or two places over Telangana and were generally normal over the rest of the region.

FORECAST (valid until Tuesday morning): Mainly dry weather will prevail over Tamil Nadu, Pondicherry, Kerala, Lakshadweep, Andhra Pradesh and Karnataka.

Farmers weather Bulletin for Tamil Nadu and Pondicherry (valid until Tuesday morning): Mainly sunny weather will prevail over Tamil Nadu and Pondicherry.

Outlook for subsequent two days: Sunny weather.
