Injury-plagued India takes on Yemen

NEW DELHI: India takes on Yemen in a match essentially to fortify the third position in a Group `A' match of the Asian Football Confederation (AFC) 2007 Asian Cup qualifier here at Ambedkar stadium on Wednesday. With Japan and Saudi Arabia in the group, India at best is looking to finish ahead of the Arabian country, though the past results and its current form and injuries hardly inspire such a thought.

"We are not overconfident about beating Yemen. We have to play well and play hard," said Indian captain Baichung Bhutia.
