`A reflection of UPA's vision'

BANGALORE: Former Industries Minister and Congress leader R.V. Deshpande has said the Union Budget reflects the vision and commitment of the United Progressive Alliance Government at the Centre to improving the lot of the common man. It is an effort to increase GDP growth rate to 10 per cent, he has said. He commended the budget proposals, and said the announcement of short-term farm loans at seven per cent interest will help increase agricultural production.
