BANGALORE: The eighth annual convocation of the Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences (RGUHS) will be held on March 3 at the university's Dhanwanthri Hall. K. Mohandas, Director, Sri Chitra Tirunal Institute of Medical Sciences and Technology, Thiruvananthapuram, will be chief guest and will deliver the convocation address.

Sowmya Kaimal of St. John's Medical College has topped the list of gold medal winners by winning five medals.

She has secured the highest marks in Pathology and Ophthalmology, highest marks in MBBS among women students and the second highest marks overall.
