Gadicherla remembered

TIRUPATI: Rich tributes were paid to Gadicherla Harisarvothama Rao, a pioneer in the Library movement on the occasion of his 46th death anniversary.

At a meet organised by TTD's Sri Venkateswara Central Library on Tuesday, Superintendent of Police V.V. Gopalakrishna, a litterateur himself, spoke on the importance of books, which had the power to transform a layman into a scholar.
