COIMBATORE: ITC Foods launched `Aashirvaad Instant Mix' range here recently. The items include idli, dosa, rava idli, khaman dhokla and gulab jamun mix. According to Sanjay Srinivas, branch manager, ITC Limited, about 45 per cent of the market for instant mix is in the southern States. The company aims at achieving 20 per cent market share in the South during the first year. The price of most of the products range between Rs. 22 and Rs. 24 (for a 200 gm pack). It will be made available in grocery and departmental stores across South India.
