NEW DELHI: Chief Minister Sheila Dikshit on Monday reviewed the summer Action Plan 2006 of the Delhi Jal Board at a meeting with senior officials of the Board. Following the meeting, it was stated by the Board that it had chalked out a comprehensive plan for promptly attending to all grievances relating to water supply and cleaning of sewers in the city for the ensuing summer season. Under this plan, all water emergencies have been computerised in order to keep track of complaints and they will remain operational round the clock. The Board also said that consumers could register complaints relating to water and sewers in 25 water emergencies located all over Delhi. The DJ B is also planning to hire graduates who will be briefed on reporting the handling of customer complaints at the water emergencies
