Indian team for Colombo

Chennai: The Indian men's volleyball team, which has qualified for the Doha Asian Games, will get a good opportunity to test its strength in the first Asian Central Zone championship, to be held in Colombo from March 8 to 12.

India, Pakistan, Kazakhstan, Sri Lanka and Maldives are taking part in the competition.

The team: Shijas Muhammed (Capt.), Kasi Viswanath Raju, R. Kamaraj, R. Rajeev, G. Pradeep, Gurbinder Singh, P.S. Srikanth, J. Nadarajan, Gurchand Singh, Mandeep Singh, Tom Joseph and D. Arun Jakhmola (libero). — Special Correspondent
