ANANTAPUR: The district unit of Telugu Desam Party (TDP) has decided to launch NTR jana chaitanya yatra on March 4 to expose the unkept promises and failure of the Congress Government in the State. Talking to newspersons, party leaders -- K. Srinivasulu, P. Keshav, K.M. Saifullah, P. Shamanthakamani and others -- stated that the yatra would cover entire district in three phases. Meeting would be conducted at all mandal headquarters as part of the <243>yatra. The exercise to win over the masses by exposing the unkept promises of the Congress and its other failures would be launched from Parigi, they said. Erratic power supply to farm sector was already resulting in withering of crop . Non-allocation of funds for modernisation of HLC had also exposed the Congress Government's hollowness in allocation of 10 tmc ft of water to Penna Ahobilam Balancing Reservoir.
