Military band concert presented

JAIPUR: The Jammu and Kashmir Light Infantry Regiment Military Band presented a delightful and melodious military band concert to commemorate the 19th raising day of Desert Corps in Jodhpur on Wednesday. The event was organised at Konark Auditorium in the military area in the city.

A colourful cultural programme, showcasing the rich cultural heritage of Rajasthan, was also organised for the Desert Corps' soldiers and their families.

The band regaled the audience, including the Desert Corps Commander, Lt. Gen. P.R. Gangadharan, with its enchanting and foot-tapping music. The spectators were regaled with tunes like Somewhere My Love (theme from "Dr. Zhivago'', Delilah and Que Sera Sera as well as the Hindi melodies.
