A tribute to M. Krishnan Nair

An exhibition of the books and articles by the critic is on at the Kerala University Library.

For lovers of literary criticism— those who love the writings of the late M. Krishnan Nair in particular— the Kerala University Library in the capital is the place to be these days.

The library has organised an exhibition of the books and articles by Krishnan Nair.

Collections of essays such as `Swapna Mandalam' published in 1976, `Soundaryathinte Sannidhanathil' published in 1977 and `Chithrasalabhangal Parakkunnu' brought out in 1979, are among those on display.

The consolidated volume of Krishnan Nair's `Saahitya Vaaraphalam' that has been displayed at the library is perhaps the one that has attracted the attention of visitors the most.

The exhibition also features select pieces of the `Vaaraphalam' published in `Malayala Nadu,' `Kala Kaumudi' and `Samakalika Malayalam.'

Then, there are also books that contain biographical articles on Krishnan Nair.

These include the book `Sarga Sameeksha' by Akbar Kakkathil.

The exhibition will be on during library hours till March 8.
