Three killed in road accident

NIZAMABAD: Three persons were killed and four others injured when a jeep in which they were travelling was hit by a speeding lorry coming in the opposite direction at Biknoor mandal headquarter this afternoon.

According to information reaching here, the mishap occurred when the victims after attending a marriage at Giddi village in Sadasivanagar mandal in the district were returning to their native place, Narlapur in Ramayampet mandal of Medak district.

The deceased were identified as Kairamkonda Raju (26), Udem Narayana Reddy (40) and Udem Nagi Reddy (45), while Amarsena Reddy, Narender, B. Ahok and U. Malla Reddy were hurt.
