Sunil shines

Mysore : Left-handed opener Sunil Kumar Jain's match-winning 103 (103, 14x4) helped Mysore University Colleges Sports Council (MUCSC) register a facile seven-wicket win over The Mysore Gymkhana and enter the semifinals in the Sri Gopalaswami Memorial trournament played at the Gangothri grounds here on Sunday.

The scores: The Mysore Gymkhana 237 for nine in 45 overs (Amith Premkumar 61, Sharath Babu 50) lost to MUCSC 240 for three in 37.5 overs (Sunil Kumar Jain 103, Surendra Prasad 81).
