BHUBANESWAR: The Justice Banerjee Commission finding that the Godhra train fire was an accident is "politically biased." It "supports the minority appeasement policy of the Congress," Bharatiya Janata Party general secretary Vinay Katiyar said here on Monday. "If the Godhra carnage is called a mishap, can the Congress accept the assassination of Rajiv Gandhi and Indira Gandhi as accidents?" He said the reports of any commission should not be politicised as it would give rise to the growth of extremism.
