Samadhani to open Arabic teachers' meet

KOZHIKODE: The State conference of the Kerala Arabic Teachers Federation will be held here on March 8 and 9.

Rajyasabha MP Abdusamad Samadhani, MP, will inaugurate the two-day conference on March 8, reception committee chairman M.C. Mayin Haji and State president V.M. Aboobakker told reporters here on Monday.

A language conference will be inaugurated by Vice-Chancellor of Calicut University Syed Iqbal Hasnain at 2 p.m. on March 8. Public Works Minister M.K. Muneer will inaugurate a seminar on `Higher Education - infinite possibilities' to be held at Jubilee Hall Kandamkulamhere on March 9.

Former Minister P.K.Kunhalikutty will inaugurate a debate on `Social issues and organisations.'

Education Minister E.T. Mohammed Basheer will inaugurate the education meet as part of conference.

Forest Minister A. Sujanapal will inaugurate the farewell meeting organised in connection with the State conference. Union Minister of State for External Affairs E. Ahamed will inaugurate the valedictory function of the conference.
