Two cases of suicide reported in district

Cases have been registered by the police

MANGALORE: Two cases of suicide were reported in the district in the last 24 hours.

Ramesh, a resident of Hassan, ended his life at a guest house on Bantwal Cross Road.

The Bantwal Town Police have registered a case and investigations are on.

Satyanarayana K.R., a resident of Subramanya, reportedly hanged himself from a tree near his house.

Financial difficulty

The police said the victim was facing financial difficulties and was unable to repay a home loan.

The police have registered a case on a complaint filed by his brother.
