NIZAMABAD: Nehru Yuva Kendra Sangathan (NYKS) in coordination with Adventure Club of Andhra Pradesh is organising a five-day adventure training camp in Hyderabad from March 10 to 14. As many as 72 youngsters from 12 districts can participate in the camp, according to District Youth Coordinator I. Nirmala Devi. She said the regional-level training camp, being held for the first time, includes rock climbing, rappelling at Gunrock of Trimulgherry in Secunderabad, sailing in Hussain Sagar, trekking and river crossing events at Sameerpet. During the training, various personality development courses like trust building, leadership, communication and time management will be organised . From each district, three boys and three girls can be selected for participation. Those interested should be physically fit and well disciplined. They are requested to submit filled in applications at Nehru Yuva Kendra office, Subashnagar, here. The last date for submission of applications is March 8 and the participants must report in Hyderabad by 10, she said.
