Tata Motors selects CSM software
BANGALORE:
Tata Motors has selected CSM Software to be the provider of MSC Software's Masterkey licensing system to strengthen and expand its virtual product development process. The system provides access to the complete suite of MSC's technologies including MSC's flagship products, MSC.Nastran, MSC.Patran and MSC.ADAMS. The contract, worth more than $1 million, is one of the largest MCAE (mechanical computer aided engineering) deals in the industry, CSM Software said in a statement here. These leading simulation tools will be used by designers in Tata Motors to meet design parameters, according to Umamaheswaran, Chief Technology Officer, Tata Motors.
