KADAPA: Seven hundred and sixty-four Intermediate final year students did not appear for public examination, which commenced on Tuesday. Of 16,819 Inter final year students, 16,055 appeared for language II exam at 67 centres in the district, according to Regional Inspection Officer of Intermediate Suranna Naidu. Twenty-three examination centres were identified as problematic ones, he said. Twenty-seven sitting squads, four flying squads, high-power team and RIO team oversaw the exams. Two hundred and twenty-six students, whose attendance was below 60 per cent, had been denied hall tickets, Mr. Naidu said.
