Three held with firearm

HYDERABAD: The Nampally police on Tuesday arrested three youth, all brothers, and seized a country-made short firearm with a live round from them. Hailing from Rajasthan, the arrested persons, Nepal Singh, 20, Ramgopal Singh, 22, and Shivender Singh, 23, came to the city some 10 years ago and were working in mobile stone polishing units at L.B. Nagar. "They secured the firearm from another Rajasthani and were planning to commit a series of offences. However, they did not have any criminal record," The Nampally police said.
