Vijay Textiles board meet on March 29

HYDERABAD: The meeting of the board of directors of Vijay Textiles will be held on March 29 to consider allotment of 50.65 lakh equity shares at a price of Rs. 12 per share (including premium of Rs. 11 per share) to the promoters. The company has informed the stock exchanges that the allotment was towards the exercise of right of conversion of warrants issued to the promoters at Rs. 12 per warrant on a preferential basis.
