Subex acquires fraud management business

BANGALORE: Telecom software product firm Subex Systems has acquired the fraud management business of the U.S. based software firm Mantas, in a deal worth $ 2 million. "This acquisition is expected to further consolidate our leadership position in the telecom fraud management space with some key wireline customers such as Verizon and BellSouth in North America," Subash Menon, President & CEO, Subex Systems, said while announcing the deal here on Tuesday.
