Workshop on mythological plays from Saturday

MYSORE: Jnanapeetha Vidya Samsthe, in association with the Department of Kannada and Culture, will organise a two-day workshop on mythological plays at J.B. Saragur in H.D. Kote from Saturday.

A press release issued here on Wednesday said the objective of the workshop is to create awareness about the mythological plays among the rural youth.

Lingadevaru Halemane, theatre exponent, will inaugurate the workshop. Assistant Director of the Department of Kannada and Culture A.S. Nagaraj will preside over the function.
