Commendable

The Supreme Court judgment in the Zahira Sheikh case is commendable. It has come as a heavy blow to all those who have been making a mockery of the judicial system.

The apex court has set a good precedent, which can be emulated for better justice. But the question is what is to ensure the witnesses will not turn hostile if the accused threaten or lure them?
