Revenue officials observe fast

Krishnagiri: About 65 members of the Tamil Nadu Revenue Officials Association observed a fast in front of the taluk office here on Thursday demanding the State Government to immediately fill up the vacancies of Sub-Collectors, Tahsildars, Deputy Tahsildars, Office assistants and Junior Assistants that were vacant for the past several years. They also urged the Government to initiate steps to implement their 15-point charter of demands. District president, Narayanan led the fast.
