Kothagudem to host inter-district basketball
HYDERABAD: The Andhra Pradesh State inter-district senior basketball championships will be held at Kothagudem, Khammam, from November 23 to 26, according to Norman Isaac, joint secretary and treasurer, Andhra Pradesh Basketball Association (APBA). Venues for the coaching camps announced alongside the events in their respective age categories will be intimated later, he added.
The schedule: April 11 to 15: Chief Minister's Cup (boys and girls under 19 years), Hyderabad; April 27 to 30: State youth (under-16) championships, Warangal; coaching camp (CC): June 6 to 20; May 11 to 14: State junior championships, Kakinada, East Godavari. CC: May 17 to 31; August 17 to 20: State sub-junior (mini, under-13) championships, Rajahmundry. CC: September 14 to 28. November 23 to 26: State senior championships, Kothagudem, Khammam: CC: December 12 to 24.
