DEHRA DUN: Uttaranchal Bharatiya Janata Party State unit president Bhagat Singh Koshiary has suspended three party leaders for openly canvassing support for the "Janadesh Yatra" of Uma Bharati which enters the region on April 13. The three are Anand Singh Rawat of Chamoli, Usha Bhardwaj of Hardwar and Rajesh Dhyani of Lansedowne. Reports indicate that a good number of BJP, Vishwa Hindu Parishad, Bajrang Dal and Rashtriya Swayam Sewak Sangh cadres are holding meetings and going round the villages in all districts urging the people to participate in Ms. Bharati's Yatra in a big way. Mr. Koshiary also demanded Chief Minister Narayan Dutt Tiwari's dismissal for "creating instability by frequently announcing his wish to quit the job".
