A terrorist act, says China

Beijing: China has condemned Tuesday's bomb blasts in Varanasi. "We are shocked at the bombing... The Chinese Government strongly condemns the terrorist act against innocent civilians," Foreign Ministry spokesman Qin Gang told reporters here on Thursday.

"We extend our condolences to the bereaved families." — PTI
