Heartening

It is heartening to learn that the Delhi police are thinking of lodging a fresh FIR in the Jessica Lal murder case. This has given a glimmer of a hope that justice may finally be done in this tragic case. However, it remains to be seen whether the police's latest move will help the case reach its logical conclusion.
