Reliance Life to open 44 new branches

MUMBAI: Reliance Life Insurance, an Anil Dhirubhai Ambani group company, has received regulatory approval to open 44 new branches in the country. "The opening of new branches is in line with our goal to be closer to our customers and come out with products which meet their financial needs,'' Reliance Life CEO, P. Nandagopal, said in a statement. For the nine-month period ended December 2005, Reliance Life (AMP Sanmar) has registered fresh premium income of Rs. 114.48 crore, selling 4,488 policies.
