Ispat to raise $125 m

MUMBAI: Ispat Industries has decided to raise $125 million through the issue of Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds (FCCBs). At the meeting held on Wednesday, the board approved the proposal for raising the amount by way of FCCBs, subject to requisite approvals, the company informed the Bombay Stock Exchange.
