Hitech to acquire 51 p.c. stake in ITIL

MUMBAI: Hitech Entertainment has signed an MoU with Iridium Technologies (India) Pvt. Ltd (ITIL), an application software products company, to acquire 51 per cent stake in it. With this acquisition, ITIL will become a subsidiary of the company, Hitech Entertainment informed the Bombay Stock Exchange. ITIL specialises in BPO segment and develops end-to-end global workflow automation systems linking healthcare organisations and insurance companies in the U.S. to service providers across the world, it said.
