CPI(ML-L) to contest 26 seats in West Bengal

KOLKATA: The CPI (ML-Liberation) will contest 26 seats in the West Bengal Assembly polls, said its general secretary Dipankar Bhattacharjee on Sunday.

The alleged failure of the Left Front Government in improving the condition of the poor and containing starvation deaths will be highlighted during its campaign, he said.

The party would also contest the coming elections in Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Pondicherry and Assam.
