MADURAI: The water level in the Periyar dam stood at 125.9 feet with no inflow and discharge. The level in the Vaigai dam was 56.33 feet with an inflow of 56 cusecs and a discharge of 1141 cusecs.

The combined Periyar credit stood at 5630 mcft.

Andipatti recorded 46 mm followed by Idayapatti 18.2 mm, Chittampatti 10 mm, Kallandiri 4.2 mm, Peranai 3.4 mm and Marudhanadi 2 mm.
