MALAPPURAM: The Kerala Upaboktru Pratikarana Vedi will organise a seminar on consumer rights at Kondotty as part of observing World Consumer Day on Wednesday. District panchayat president Arimbra Mohammed will inaugurate the seminar. Vedi district president Kolangarathodi Razak will preside over the function. Vedi State president Joy Abraham will speak on `consumer protection laws.' District Supply Officer F.A. Fatima Beevi will speak on public distribution system. District Information Officer C.R. Rajmohan will speak on `consumer protection and media.'
