SBT branch shifts to new premises

KOZHIKODE: The Kallai branch of the State Bank of Travancore shifted to its new premises at Kalliyath Building, Panniyankara here on Monday.

Mayor M. Bhaskaran inaugurated the new premises. SBT General Manager (Planning and Development), R.G. Gadkari presided over the function. Director T. Balakrishnan delivered the keynote address.

N. Balasubramanian, SBT deputy general manager Zonal Office, Kozhikode, who spoke on the occasion, said four branches would be opened in the zone within a fortnight. These are at Puthanathani, Edakkara (Malappuram District), Chelakkara (Thrissur District) and Kannur University Campus (Kannur District).
