NEW DELHI: As the rains rendered the track unfit for racing, only the first race was possible in the six event card framed for the 45th meeting held here on Tuesday. The stewards, trainers and jockeys inspected the track soon after the first race and found it unsatisfactory. Hence the decision was made to cancel the remaining races. 1.
