Water supply to be disrupted

Pumping of Cauvery water to the city from all the four stages of Cauvery Water Supply Scheme will be disrupted on Wednesday and Thursday owing to maintenance works to be taken up by Karnataka Power Transmission Corporation limited at 220 kv substation in T.K. Halli.

Power shutdown

Power supply will be affected between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. on Wednesday in Gedalahalli, Hennur, Kothnur, Gubbi Banda and surrounding areas owing to bifurcation works on the new Gubbi Feeder of Banaswadi MUSS in E8 sub-division, according to the Bangalore Electricity Supply Company.

Outstanding arrears

The Bangalore Electricity Supply Company has requested consumers and irrigation pumpset owners coming under S-10 sub-division to pay outstanding arrears towards electricity bill on Wednesday, failing which power supply will be disconnected.

Healing camp

Om Sree Baba Arogya Alternative Healing and Yoga Mandira will conduct free alternative healing camp from Wednesday for back pain, spondylitis, arthritis etc. on its premises at Muthyalanagar from 10 a.m. For details call 28388811.

Trekking programme
