TRAI directive to operators

NEW DELHI: The Telecom Regulatory Authority of India has set a 24-hour deadline for Bharti Televentures, Reliance Infocomm, Reliance Telecom, Tata Televentures, BPL Mobile Cellular and Spice Communications to reply to its show cause notice on poor quality of service, especially the worsening congestion at the points of interconnection.
